ESP8266 Temperature/Humidity Sensor

Pairing with a coworker, this project takes a embedded hardware device attached to a temperature & humidity sensor (DHT22) and adds an easy-to-use web management interface.  The USB-powered devices and small enough to be placed anywhere from data centers to chicken coops.

Temperature metrics can be fed to an Influx Database or pulled directly off the device from a JSON HTTP endpoint.
